Cat Sims is an author, podcaster and founder of online platform Not So Smug Now. Dedicated to helping women believe that ‘they’re never the only one’ and doing all she can to shine a light on the unique pain-points and pressures that women manage, she has become an honest voice amid the noise of perfection often seen on social media.
Cat also co-founded the successful influencer marketing agency (one of the first of its kind) Hustle & Fox in 2015 and has a huge depth of knowledge when it comes to online brand-building, working with influencers and content creation that leads to conversions.
She is also a passionate mental health advocate, a very reluctant runner, a mum to two ratbags, wife to a touring musician and her miniature daschund Noodle is her favourite person in the world.
Vicky saynor
Vicky Saynor is the founder of Bethnal & Bec, an adults-only retreat for couples and individuals wanting to carve out some space and time in a luxury setting. Vicky is passionate about supporting the local community and other local small businesses. She champions shopping small and shopping sustainably and brings this into everything she does at Bethnal & Bec Luxury Stays. Almost all of the add on food, drink and experience options available in the retreats are sourced locally and provided by local Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire and Essex businesses. Vicky recently took part in the Visit Herts 'Welcome Back' campaign encouraging people to get out and explore the amazing small businesses that Hertfordshire has to offer.
She is a regular speaker at business conventions and workshops, and has become a leading voice in brand building, collaborating for growth and using social media to build your business. She is a mum, a wife and Hendrix, her rescue pointer, is her favourite person in the world as well.
lauren johnson reynolds
Lauren Johnson Reynolds is a registered Nutritional Therapist, PCOS expert and Women’s Health Speaker. After years of working as a backing singer, Lauren turned to natural medicine to manage debilitating PCOS symptoms and heal ailments caused by a busy lifestyle on the road. Soon she was acne, eczema and IBS free, having regular periods and inspired to train in holistic healing.
Amidst the uncertainty of the pandemic Lauren qualified and launched London Wellness Coach, an online clinic for Women’s Health where the root cause approach focuses on empowering women to understand their bodies and heal themselves through diet and lifestyle changes.
Despite being told at the age of 14 that she would have difficulty getting pregnant, through implementing the same methods, on Christmas Day 2021 Lauren gave birth her daughter and is expecting a baby boy in July 2024.
Lauren is passionate about making this information affordable and accessible to the masses as every woman should be able to thrive despite hormonal imbalance.

Binky Nixon founded Binky Nixon Photography over 20 years ago.
Since those first snaps a lot has changed. Binky has built a business and a family and knows what it takes to get there without losing your sh*t (much!) But, no matter how big her business gets, Binky’s original mantra remains: to truthfully record moments as they happen, creating memorable images that are full of life and colour, whilst putting people at ease. Binky knows that not everyone likes having their photo taken but don’t worry.
Binky has over 30 years of shooting experience, so when it comes to your headshot, she will guide you through the whole process to make sure you get the shot that captures you.
